Welcome! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Danielle and I would like to take some time to tell you why I am passionate about the work that I do and why I hope that one day I may be able to work with you. I am a firm believer that we all come into this life with a purpose of helping others. It is through the help we receive and give that we discover and grow. I can remember how moments from my past of nurturing others has led me to this point in my life today.

As a young child I always found myself wanting to provide comfort when I would see someone upset. In my teenage years I provided care to my grandmother who lived with us. Providing her with physical support fostered a deep emotional bond. It was also during this time that I developed an interest in the massage therapy profession. Upon graduating high school I enrolled in a training program. Since graduating in 2005 my massage therapy practice has always focused on guiding my clients to mind and body wellness.

In 2010 my practice evolved into providing support to women who were on their path to motherhood. It was also at this time that I started to pair my therapeutic massage with various techniques to break through the mental/ emotional blocks that were effecting the desired outcome.

Today the work that I do is designed for women of all ages to become calm, confident and connected in both mind and body.

I do this by helping my clients:

  • · Identify what is currently blocking their path
  • · Discover the effect these mental and emotional blocks have on their physical body.
  • · Create a personalized program to release what is restricting them from moving forward.

Through a combination of various bodywork and mindfulness techniques my goal for each session is to allow the client to move forward in mind and body so she can continue to enjoy the beautiful journey that is her life.

If you are looking for physical and/or emotional support I would love to be the person that helps to guides you along your path.

~Danielle~
